Carlisle currently works with multiple Estates in the course of administration, $700,000 – $11MM; acts as Trustee of 18 Trusts with responsibility for Trust investments aggregating $50M, and as counsel for additional Trusts, from modest to very substantial in size; some with unconventional investments and assets requiring special attention.

Multiple ongoing engagements advising, and updating plans and documents for, numerous high-net-worth (and modest net worth) individual clients.

Private Client Practice: Wills, Trusts; Estates, and Estate, Gift and Generation Skipping Transfer Tax Reduction; Trust and Estate Administration; Simple and complex Lifetime Gifts: Contested Probate matters; Represent individual Beneficiaries, as well as Executors of Estates and Trustees of Trusts; Frequently act as Trustee, and occasionally as Executor for clients; related matters such as Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills; also: Real Estate Practice.

Carlisle is a life-long Connecticut resident, and is a Member of Collections Committee and Chair of Audit Committee, Florence Griswold Museum.
